The Crying Caveman
|Acrylic and oil pastel on canvas
|81 x 116 cm (32 x 46 inches)
It’s not innocent, this title, given the unbridled evolution that humanity has had over the centuries, destroying nature and the planet, mistreating animals in the name of economic interests, eating everything that appears in front of it, and unleashing the most dangerous viruses. We have societies that are more and more technologically advanced, and yet the day-to-day life unfolds in a mere fast life of work and consumption. The caveman would cry if he knew the future.
